Apple iPod Video 60GB
$399.00
Released January, 2005
The Pros:Thinner than the previous generation. Great UI - easy to navigate large libraries of music. Great battery life - lasts about 60 hours (for music) on a single charge.
The Cons:Not a great video watching experience - the screen is small. Only compatible with H264 and MPEG4 encoded video. Aging product - no longer available from the manufacturer.
Another great product from Apple. This amazing machine can not only play music and browse photos, but it can play video as well. Now you can download your favourite TV shows and movies, and watch them on the go!

#apple_ipod_video_60gb Gotta wonder why larger HDDs aren't available, but I suppose few and far between have enough music to fill 60gb, not that hard to do with video though. I'm not really big on the idea of watching videos on a portable player, good old fashioned "dead-tree format" media is what I fill my subway rides with.
