The Pros:Fairly large screen for this price, larger than lower models. Very slim form factor increases portability. Great introductory mp3 player for children.
The Cons:Software seems to freeze up too often, requires resetting. Trackball is not very responsive and has steep learning curve. File conversion software prone to errors and failure to convert.
The Coby MP715 is a video MP3 player that features 2GB or 4GB of internal flash memory. The player is designed ultra-slim with a 2.2" full-color LCD display and user-friendly trackball controls for navigating through the files.

The player is compatible with music and videos in MP3, WMA, OGG, WMV, AVI, and FLV formats, and can also display text and photos files. The MP715 utilizes USB 2.0 technology for fast file transfer, includes an FM tuner, and supports ID3 and LRC tags for displaying track information. It also has an integrated Li-Ion rechargeable battery that provides up to 11 hours of audio playback per charge. The player is available in black or blue and comes with a USB cable, carrying couch, and stereo headphones. The MP715 differs from the MP705 since it has trackball controls compared to the LED-backlit touchpad controls of the MP705.
