iRiver E200

$149.99 Released November, 2010

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Really solid build quality - features heavy, sturdy metal casing. Very good sound quality that gives a level of clarity better than the average pmp. Built-in FM radio tuner - a feature often overlooked at this price point.

The Cons:Included earphones aren't worth bothering with as they're very poor quality. Disappointing battery life - around 17 hours of music playback. Capacitive buttons are a bit awkward to use and take some getting used to.

The iRiver E200 is a mid-range portable media player similar to the iRiver E150. The main differences between the E150 and the E200 are screen size (the E150 sports a 2.4" LCD display, the E200 2.8") and battery life (the E200 only offers about 17 hours as opposed to the E150's 22 hours).

Anonymous: #iriver_e200 I have a problem with the new iriver e200. it should seem to be an upgrade from the e150, but why did they take away the "line in" recording? it was an extremely useful feature? a model upgrade should just add features - not take away?! Jan 2, 11
