SanDisk Sansa m240

The Sansa m240 is a 1GB flash MP3 player once manufactured by SanDisk. The silver-and-white player is fairly bulky, but weighs only 1.5 ounces with the required AAA battery. It holds around 250 songs, and supports MP3, WMA and protected WMA file formats.

The device features an FM tuner with 20 presets, and voice-recording capability. Like most of SanDisk's players, the m240 works with subscription services and online music stores through PlaysForSure technology. The blue-backlit LCD screen is fairly small and basic by today's standards. Battery life is rated at 19 hours.
